Refund policy

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or made-to-order items, including items with names, dates, colors, themes, or personalized designs. 

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once a design proof is approved, we are not responsible for spelling errors, color choices, or design preferences. Approved designs are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping delays caused by the carrier and packages marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
