All items are custom-made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or for large/custom orders.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
📍 Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Custom Cutz by Christine is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
🧾 Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or resolution if the damage was due to our error.
