🛍 Orders & Custom Products

All products are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that all personalization details (names, spelling, colors, dates, designs, and shipping information) are correct.

Once an order is submitted and/or approved, it cannot be changed or canceled.

🎨 Design Approval

If a design proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve it carefully.
Approved designs are final, and Custom Cutz by Christine is not responsible for errors after approval.

💳 Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

📦 Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Custom Cutz by Christine is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
